« on: May 13, 2009, 11:11:32 »
I need to change a fuse under the seat of my td5, the push in ones are ok, it's the ones running the length of the fuse box are the problem, i've noticed there's a row of screws either side of the fuses, now do i undo all the screws or just the 2 i need either side of the fuse and do they just pull out also are the fuses available generally or is it a landrover part ..thanx

Not really knowing the TD5 but my guess is they are a "megafuse" and held in place by 2 nuts.
They can be got from most decet auto electrical factors.. You wont get them from Halfrauds or such like.. Used alot on Rovers, Fiat Ducato, Peugeot Boxer etc.

As these are normally quite a high amp fuse I would be investigating WHY it has blown in the first place.

HTH
Hit it till it breaks then hit it some more !
