« on: June 01, 2009, 17:36:24 »
Just out of curiosity has anyone used L.R. Series.... How have you found the "service"? If things don't improve my order with them will be my first and last.....

I've used them for some time and found them excellent. It isn't generally a next day delivery, but 2-3 days is fine by me. And they seem to go to great trouble to be helpful.

Have you spoken to them about the problem?

I used them a couple times via internet ordering, nothing negative happened with the transaction, automated communication, delivery or the goods so in the regard I have no reason to complain and would use them again as they do genuine parts.
BUT I feel I can only really judge a company/product/service on how they handle things when there is a problem so I have yet to find that out.

The items were finally delivered on Friday after a missed delivery on Thursday... Dpd couldnt find us.... even although the postcode brings you straight to the house... as all the other parcel companies come here first and get sent on there correct way... As regards comms.... I received an email back from them on Wednesday basically stating there T's and C's.... Strange how it was sent straight out after the email.... Sad to say that will be my first and last dealing with them....

Strange. I have had nothing but great service from them. But, if you have had issues, I can fully understand not using them again. I've always found Dom very helpful if I phone him. Reply e-mails can be a little 'short' though.

At the end of the day, each company has it's strengths and weaknesses. None of them can be perfect all the time for every customer.
