What I want is an English Breakfast extreme, consisting of:

Side plate of Bread and butter or Toast
Ketchup, HP sauce, salt and white pepper.
Fried Egg (or poached or scrambled).
Fried Sausage(s).
Fried Bacon.
Fried Potato scallops or hash browns.
Fried tomato or Tinned Plum tomatoes.
Fried Black Pudding.
Fried Portion of Haggis.
Fried Crust-less Bread.
Fried Mushrooms.
Baked Beans.
Big plate to fit it all on.
ForkinKnife.
Big pot of Tea.


What I got is:

Fruit smoothie  :'(

I might trying frying it.

Yum yum,

Sorry, but I have to travel back from London to Conrwall tonight so need the calories (mind you im driving, not walking)

Well after i got back from the gym this morning i went to a local cafe and had:

An omelette base, topped with sausage, bacon, beans and cheese and then topped with another omelette :D

Man it was niceeeeeeeeeee :D

Every morning (much to the disgust of my better half) I have:

3 x sausages
3 x rashers of bacon
2 x potato waffles
scrambled eggs
backed beans
fried bread!

Yumnmy yummy. :D
