Misfires can sometimes be caused by oil in the injector wiring loom. But that may just be for Disco's, not sure . . . . :?
Sorry, should have been more specific. It's grey as opposed to white. Unburnt fuel I'm presuming. Was hoping it was something common and 30 people would say...."it's your....xyz, it always is".The oil and water levels are perfect, not using a drop of either, no mixing of the two either. Water does smell a bit "burnt" so maybe head gasket related??I'll check the wiring tomorrow and see what's what but I'm doubting it to be honest. Is this the bit of loom on top of the rocker box under the cover?Bloomin land rovers, remind me again why I love them so........
OK, took the top off the rocker box and removed the injector loom, was pretty clean, considering where it lives. Cleaned the whole thing with switch contact cleaner, cleaned the top of the injectors in same manner, fired it all back together.
