Nato tow ring

Hi All, could you help me please. I would like to know the dimentions of the ring part (the bit on the trailer) of a Nato Tow Ring. I want to know if it will fit in the jaws of my pin/ball hitch. Preferebly dimensions i would like are

1: Inner Rind diameter
2: Outer ring diameter
3: Thickness of the ring top to bottom.

On mine:

Inner ring 8cm
Outer ring 17.5cm (including the back end)
Thickness 4.5cm
