Mention it to the company you work for now, see what the reaction is
I was was headhunted a few years ago from a large established company (200 people) to a small start-up (5 people !!) in the same industry. I could see the 'writing on the wall' at the large company- it was heading for decline due to poor management. Now they are down to 40 people and we are up to 29 people! Most of my new staff are 'hand-picked' from the old place. I know who all the good workers are - and also the people to avoid.......Moving jobs is always a risk- but these days it the only way to move up and onwards and more importantly get a sizable pay rise. You will not be rewarded staying in one job too long- just exploited.
