I'd try anchor supplies, they seem to have this sort of stuff times i've been in....
Ask them and they might be able to get you some if they haven't got any

I happen to know that strikeforce supplies recently cut a quarter off a full size new camo net for someone and probably keen to sell the rest of it in quarter sized pieces too. A quarter piece will be over the size you want but if price is right you'll have lots spare.
