Exhaust mounting
« on: July 25, 2009, 22:29:48 »
Hi, when i bought my defender there was a real botched job on the rear exhaust mounting....
I've finally got round to fixing it but not sure what parts i need as i'm quite new to all this still  8-[ . The bracket that i think it needs mounting too that protrudes from the rear cross member is broken.

Is there anybody with photos out there of how it should ideally look on a 89 90,

cheers

Nick

A bit like this bud, but i made this one from some 40x40x3mm steel then drilled 4x holes in order that i could adjust the mount of the bracket that bolts ta it.

Hope this is of some help.
