   :'(  :P

Just happened to have a look at mine today for first time and it was 18sec with windows down, running on vegoil, roof rack, xzl mud-terrains, radiator muff half closed, heavy junk in the back.... was thinking that was quite reasonable for a bus.

It not really important was just wondering out of mild interest, it is afterall just a landrover and never been interested in the breed of fast-fenders of the performance tweaked TD5 kin, kudos to those who like that thing but its not for me. 99% of time I just potter along usually 5-10mph below speed limits with cruise of 56mph being a nice economic drive for my 300tdi. On motorway I tend to travel same speed as the lorries as not to annoy them or make them overtake.
I did do a video clip of when I checked yesterday which I'll link too. I might do it again without the rad muff to see if it is slower (not faster) thinking maybe the intercooler is not being used effeciently and thus too rich mixture?  :-k *shrug* I know not of such things *shrug*

The 4.2 LSE didn't manage to better 10 seconds 0-60 ( I don't know about the 4.2 autobiography).

My brother has a V8 and he is always showing off, out accelerating me, cruising at speeds I can only dream of, but I get my own back and sit in puddles up to my waist and make rude signs at him
