Brake lines - metric or imperial?

I need to replace some of my brake lines as they are too corroded for the MOT inspector :evil:

Does anyone know if they are metric sizes or imperial - I need to order some pipe and a flaring tool and I don't want to get it wrong. 8-[

Anyone done this?

I'm doing my bit for the environment - I'm offsetting - at least, I park my V8 next to a Prius at work - does that count?

knowing the way landrovers are put together it would be your luck to have metric on oneside and imperial on the other  :lol: :lol: :lol:
As a youth I could run up and down stairs all day now I'm older it takes me all day just to walk upstairs

I've used 10 x 1 unions and 3/16th copper pipe from Camberley auto factors.

Just buy a flairing kit,a bag of pipe and half dozen of each ends and get change out of £40. JOB DONE!

200's used imperial  :-. :lol:

They were using metric (m10x1) on range rovers back in the mid eighties. Still this is LR we are talking about.
