bulkgead outriggers
« on: September 06, 2009, 01:53:26 »
I have been thinking of building a 100" landrover trayback on a disco chassis
Ive got a 110 pickup with a rusted out chassis already
Now here's the question, which bulkhead outriggers should i use series or 90/110s
90/110s are easy to fit but expensive (£45 each)
Series can allow a slight body lift when fitted higher up the chassis rails and are cheap (£15 each)
I was swaying towards the series outriggers mainly due to cost
If anybody fitted the series outriggers on a hybrid, how easy were they to fit, or are they just a P,I,T,A
Or should i just bite the bullet and get 90/110s
