disco 300tdi losing power

hi can anyone help recently bought this disco but has been losing power i left work at 4 this morning i drove about
a mile up to a set of lights and tried to pull away it moved a bit then power dropped i just had enough to get to the bus stop
then i had to wait until revs picked back up anyone got any ideas  :-> :-> :?

Try changing the fuel filter, that might help a bit.

check all of your turbo/intercooler hoses, i has a simmilar problem with the bobtail when i first got it. it was a split hose going from the inlet to the EGR pipe...........get rid of the EGR too :lol:

could be lift pump on its way out, also check your sedimenter

could be the egr valve sticking had this on a volvo same symptons easy awnser bin your egr valve causes more probs on a old mota than enough
As a youth I could run up and down stairs all day now I'm older it takes me all day just to walk upstairs
