rock sliders

has anyone got any dimentions for making rock sliders

 and where is the best place to bolt them to

fancy having a go myself

i removed the drawings becasue i was going to make them for people. made a couple up and no one replyed to emails so i now have a super strong workl bench! :lol:

i can make you a set if you wish, with tubular sliders or box sliders. super strong and rigid or if you want a go yourself i can make you some more drawings
OR i could make the initial sliders for you and you could fab up the brackets yourself.
