hi,
can anyone out there tell me if my 96 2.7 td maverick is supposed to have a cataletyc converter
cheers.

also why would i have embers flying out my exhaust at 95mph

My later 1999  Terrano (same motor different badge) did'nt have one fitted so yours shouldn't ;) Got no idea about the embers coming out of your exhaust :shock: could poss be carbon :roll:Had mine upto that speed a couple of times & never noticed any thing but I was busy trying to keep the thing in a straight line due to Nissans rubbish steering set up :doh:

Shouldn't be a cat except on petrol models.

"Embers" may be exhaust silencer wading coming out.
