flashing center diff light

got 2002 shogun 3.2 did
  if i do more than 10 miles in 2 wheel drive the centre diff light flashes its done this since i used the cruise control after going around a corner had a new frount freewheel sensor and new 4x4 ecu only does this in 2wd ok in4wd
   if anybody has any ideas would love to here them my local dealer has no idea
