Is it any good?

I've been waiting 2 years for a decent game to come out on the ps3  and this one seems to be promising.

playing on xbox360 here

Pretty awesome and intense gameplay for sure - and mulitplayer has some great enhancements over previous modern warfare release.

try sainsbury first it's 26 quid there (if they have any left, was none yesterday at 9am !). Tesco have them at 34 or 25 if purchasing another top 20 game.

The PS3 is the better console (hardware), there's no argument there.

Shame that there's no games for it ;)

The 360 games are far far better.

Might pop home and watch a bluray before going to the shop ;)

I've put a few hours into MW2 on the xbox so far and love it, great game.  A decent step up from World at War.  Online is very very good now.

But its not completed though Boddle!  You have to complete all the spec ops, there is loads to do on the online stuff and you have to complete the campaign on hardened and veteran! lol

On top of that there is all the intelligence items you need to collect as well :D lol

I haven't even played beyond the airport attack yet... being preoccupied with spec-ops and also the MAIN reason for game itself for me is the mulitplayer (that's where the hours will be going).

I agree it is amazing on the ps3, tis a shame I only got a few hours in before my console suffered from the 3.0/3.01 firmware issues, :(

I'm playing on X360, completed the campaign and it's fantastic.  Online is good as ever, but only spoiled by the annoying little teens that squabble over the headsets and by the fact that I'm rubbish.   What are your gamertags?  Mine's on my forum profile (Guvnor Lloydie).
