smoke on start up

whan i start it up first thing its like its missing and when youy go down the road get into 3rd gear let foot of throttle a large cloud of smoke blows out of the exhaust then it fine it runs and pulls fine engine only done 95000 and had a service 3 mths ago cam belt done 10000 ago the crank pully bolt worked slightly loose  and i retightened it thinking thats when it started doing in any ideas anyone

yeh get your pump timing checked as if your cranks got some wear in it it might be just enough to put your timming out ??
As a youth I could run up and down stairs all day now I'm older it takes me all day just to walk upstairs

i had turned the pump up for two day then put it back to were it was and brian il get it checked thinking that could be what it may be thanks
