For the cost of less than a tank of fuel is it worth messing around?
QuoteFor the cost of less than a tank of fuel is it worth messing around?Dont know what tyres you are using but if mine cost less than4 tanks of fuel each id be happy
well what if I get an old disco wheel and spray it red then
There's still the minor point that it's illegal having mixed sizes on the same axle.Insurance will be invalidated
brand new extreme mud and a legal but very worn road tyre of same size written on sidewall... could be a difference of close to an inch, makes a mockery of law about different sizes
I can bring it on sunday if you are going
If you've a centre diff then really you need both axles to have the same size tyre on. If you've not got a centre diff, then put the odd size tyre on the front (2wd) and nurse it home. The front diff / unlocked hubs will let the smaller wheel work.Nurse home though - you'll probably be the other side of the law.
