When even Clarkson thinks an over powered pseudo 4x4 is pointless..... well, I guess I'd have to agree with him  :lol: He does like his Range Rovers though and makes the fair point that they haven't lost their off road credentials.

My father-in-law insists on driving an X5. Whenever he gets a new one he always tells me all about it's gadgets and expects me to be interested  :roll: :lol: I've only ever once been in one, and the ride quality was truly dreadful. Apart from the Samurai, I have never been in a car as harsh as that. When you are paying £50k for a car, the least you should expect is suspension that works  :evil:

Hmmmm not sure I liked the "silly car" comment :( But hey, I paid my money and I got the best offroad/onroad car in the world :) AGAIN.

Think the fuel consumption bothered him, he said he would buy the deisel in a heartbeat  ;)

£60k for the sprinter van with 2 42" tellys in ..... I would have the RR every time  :lol: :lol:
