Yeah, NATO paint is designed to be slapped on over anything. When you rub down an old military vehicle you go through alternating layers of paint and mud :lol:
The main problem I found with it is how quickly it fades. This seems to be because the stuff you tend to get hold of is 'old stock' and only fresh stuff seems to hold it's colour for any length of time. I used to repaint the 110 every couple of years. Rollers and brushes. You get strange looks in the driveway, but it does the job!
