Engine choices??
« on: December 20, 2009, 12:14:05 »
:roll:Hello, I'm new to this part of the forum.  As i have acquired a 93 l reg rangie minus the engine and trans.  I bought it for the axles but cannot brig myself to take it apart so in the new year I will be restoring the old girl to road duty.  I have heard that if i change the fuel type from a 3.9 petrol to a diesel, I may incur problems in the insurance department 8-[ 8-[  Is this true??  That's the route I wanted to take, but this is subject to change, as is everything in life!!  Many thanks in advance.  Kevin
