idle

what rpm should a 200 idle at, how does one tell accuratly( more than just the rev counter in the dash) and if wrong how does one adjust if wrong?

any help apreciated.

It can be low for a number of reasons,but to increase it turn the screwin that the pulley rests against (end of throttle cable on the pump)
