gear changing problem 300 tdi r380box ?

I am having problems changing gear  i have to double clutch to change smothly! clutch does not slip under load any ideas its a 1995 disco 300 tdi r380 gearbox many thanks

Mine was the same then all of a sudden no slipping or nothing the clutch just went, 354 quid later with a new clutch its alright, could be something else mate but that was my problem

Check the oil, it could be dragging, as could the clutch though I wonder why double declutching would help if that were the case.

Can you clutchless change at all?
