Nah he's just tryed to compare a Range Rover with a Fiat Panda 4x4.

Then complain about the rear over hang on RR as compaired to Panda, raced both from the bottom of a slate quarry.

Have a guess which one won.
Cheers.

I do think the bloke is a prat, why do they always give him 4x4s???

I can see his point that the Panda is a small nippy little runabout with some 4x4 ability, but when it came proving who's boss the RR didn't even notice the slippery hill that stopped the Panda.

However I think if you'd got any decent mud, or water the Panda would have just bogged down and dug itself in. Where as the greater gound clearance and 4x4 trickery on the RR would have shown a clear winner to an even greater degree.

I wonder if Fiat will let me take a Panda for a test drive?? What do you reckong lads Whitworth Quarry in a Fiat Panda, then we'll see how good it is.

if we had a Fiat Panda on Sunday, then macca could hav e used it as a base in that bog..... he could ave drove right over the top of it :)
If I could only find some mud to play in, I would be as happy as the preverbial pig!!!

I liked the shot right at the beginning of the film, when fat-boy reversed the Panda up that bank - the front valance scraped along the ground, bet he didn't drive it forwards again !!!

Did anyone else notice the bad continuity.........when he (or someone) was ragging the Panda up the quarry, in close-up Mr. Ford was wearing a plain jacket, and in the outside shots the driver had a hi-vis vest on !!

All in all, not a good advert for off-road drivers - have they not heard of "as slow as possible, and as fast as necessary" !!!

BTM - I agree.....VBH - nice, very nice !!!!!!

Never noticed, watched it when I got home last night & then taped over it with Steve Earle at the Cambriidge Folk Festival

Sadly I missed most of the WSB, I don't think they're the same since Troy Bayliss left for Moto-GP.
And definately not the same since Foggy quit riding after his Philip Island accident a few years ago.

I even missed the British round of the World Indoor Trials Championship at Sheffield this year
