On the later 300TDi the front one is about 3 times the price of any others, if it's an older TDi then they are all the same.  I like to put the wriggel on the injector facing the injector body as it's steel, the flatter side against the head which is ali to prevent it cutting in.  The clamp bolts are not that tight in truth.

on the bottom of the injector you should have 2 copper washers 1 flat and 1 with a crush ribb the flat one sits against the injector body and then the ribbed one

Crikey, I've only ever seen the ribbed one on it's own 8-[

I have had this before ... from what I can remember the coper washer is best when its used only once as it compresses as you tighten up the injector clamp.
I replaced all 4 for less than £1 and that solved the problem.

I put a dab of greas round the injector before puting it back incase I have to get them out again as they can seaze in solid

I oput a dab of grease on to hold them in place before I fit them.

When I did ours a couple of years ago, one injector had been put in with 2 wrinkled washers and IIRC on checking I found it made the spray pattern very very close to the head, that cylinder had more scorch marks on the ali too.
