paint or powdercoat?

paint or powdercoat for my 2"lift springs? if paint, what sort? i imagine it needs to flex?

i used 2 pac brush on stuff its very tough and still on there 2 months on

Dont matter what you use,its exposed to the elements and will still crack/chip and then rust,end of the day they just do a job!

Get em sandblasted and stove enamel paint applied.Very hard wearing ,but not sure how it will hold up on the springs.

i'm not sure that sandblasting is such a good idea............ doesn;'t the blasting process relieve stress in metal... exactly what you don;t want to do in a spring!!

that is true, can soak them in acid tho

Think you might be confusing sandblasting with shotpeening, which is indeed used to stress relieve metals - should be fine with sandblasting.
