2" lift will reduce your castor by 3 degrees, which is nominally the amount you should have so potentialy you could have between plus and minus 1 degree after a lift depending on manufacturing tolerance. Some people think their cars are fine after a lift, some hate driving them. One answer is castor corrected arms, another is castor swivels, a thrid is castor bushes (oftset radius arms bushes, the cheapest option).
Cranked rear arms are a different matter, they theoretically allow more droop by taking the twist out of the chassis bush so that it doesn't bind up with lesser amounts of articulation, after a lift the chassis bush is otherwise quite twisted, on mine the rubber was pulled away from the washer.
