finally cured over heating problem

Well after many months off head scratching and guessing i have finally managed to cure the overheating.
The problem was that the temp was going up into the red but was not boiling over,changed the usual suspects but kept doing it
finally got round to changing the actual gauge and it has instantly cured the problem showing temp @ 82 degrees  :D  :D

lol we had the exact same problem spent ages (and money) on fixing bits and wasnt until we left our mechanics workshop that we put the lights on and the gauge went straight into the red, so got a dodgy earth, glad to say she is now not overheating and is running sweet! just got the earth cable to do and then we can finally concentrate on improving the interior
life is like a S**t sandwich everyday you take another bite!!
