HELP NEEDED ON BRAKES

when drivin and i press the brake they go really hard then thay dont work need help asap

If its a 300 tdi

Sounds like the vacuum pump is u/s mate

It creates the vac for the brake servo

check the union/t-piece in the servo pipe between the servo unit and the vac pump. there,s a rubber connection on the t-piece that rots/perishes causing a leak.
"DISCO" now gone -  but not forgotten! VITARA toy to play with now!(still a work in progress!!3 yrs on) New toy now. . .V8 Disco! Let the fun begin!!
