front seats?

will the swabs of the front seats swap side to side? i.e. can i put the bum cushion off a passenger seat onto the frame of a drivers seat?

TBH I can't see why not & have done this on other makes of motors. Just have a good look at the seat base's shapes & underneath the seats to be sure but I think it'll be a straight forward swop
