Having just done the cruise control mod to my D2, another gizmo crossed my mind, is the wiring there to fit the rotary panel light dimmer switch? the rectangle cut out lines are there just below the left side binnacle switches on the fascia, after fitting all that pre wiring for spots and cruise it seems odd they'd leave that off.
