It has come to our attention at the Mordor Ramblers Assosiation, that you have erected a large fence around the Mountain. This fence is blocking a PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY, that has been in place since The start of all time. We request you immediately re instigate this right of way, also any fields containing ORCS should be clearly signposted an electric fencing erected to protect footpath users form stampeding ORCS. ORCS are very dangerous animals and you have an obligation under Modor Health and Saftey regulations to protect those of us with the right to roam.
