Check the turbo boost pressure.Take off the top intercooler to plenum chamber hose and look inside it to see if its started to fall apart.Check the outlet hose on the turbo hose doesnt have a hole it on the bend.wizard
This probably isn't the cause (but will give you back a fair bit of power when you find what is!): Remove the intercooler, flush it with paraffin, allow to dry thoroughly and refit.
2 other things that could cause this egr if fitted packed up bin it partical colector (cat) chocked bin it and put a straight thruogh pipe on it
When you checked the fuel lines, did you check the connections on top of the tank, located underneath the inspection cover in the boot ?These corrode and let air in giving the symtoms you have.
Have you changed the lift pump? I had the same problem, changed it....power back again :dance:Kev
