Newbie in Tipton, West Mids

hi all, just brought a disco 1 300tdi bog standard at mo but that will soon change me thinks!
Was well into off roading a few years ago, all tricked up 90 then, but [!Expletive Deleted!] me back up big time so had to knock it on the head.
Much better now days so looking forward to getting me feet muddy again.

I most certainly will, let know when you'll be going out and about and I'll tag along if thats ok.
Just ordered steering guard with recovery eyes, suspension lifters 1 inch, new rear shocks and diff guard.
Really tempted to order some mt tyres but aint got a clue on size wanted at mo, currently running on BFG at's standard size 235/70-16 on nice alloys.
Had a cb radio in me garage for years but can't it now I have a use for it! sods law.
Looking forward to getting muddy again.

Mark, we usually insist that newbie's attend a local meeting so that we can get to know people first before inviting them out and about.

The next regional meet should be the 10th May. Look in the regional meets section for time\location.

Not driving at the moment mate due to illness and having to notify the DVLA of such. Hence no 4x4 either.

If you drive up by the chipshop on Bourne Ave you'll see my place, theres a Galaxy and an Audi Coupe on the drive.
