after filling up my zf 4 spd box with oil it now spews out of the kickdown cable by the box is there anyway of tighting the connector up or is it just a filling issue ta jx

Sounds to me as though you have filled it up to the mark,without the engine running.
Have engine running,go through all the gears, put back in neutral, pull dipstick out and check fluid is between the marks.

great your right i did fill the box up from empty carefull not to fill up with the 9 litrs capacity so i will start the engine and go threw the gears and re check ,thanks for that i can sleep tonight
