D1 HEATED FRONT WINDOW

Hi all.

Just wondered if anyone could tell me if Land Rover fitter a heated front screen to the D1 and if so what side the wiring runs up.

my 200tdi had one but was not standard fit, the conections where on the passenger side

If it's a softie then the connectors would be at the base of the screen under the outside trim, a hard dash they are at the top of the screen and halfway up each side IIRC

mine has one its a 98 plate and the wires are both sides at the bottom screen

Its proving hard to find one in the scrap yards so it might have to stay standered.
