Fuel tank, petrol to diesel
« on: August 01, 2010, 12:41:51 »
Hi all, Just a thought...

Im changing over a petrol 90 to a 300tdi and was wondering if i needed to change the tank and maybe even fuel pump?

The tank thats in is a single hole tank and in reasonably new and good condition so id like to save the cash if i can.

Cheers

I've just converted a V8 to a 200tdi, used the original tank. just removed the fuel pump and put new pipes directly from tank to engine. The tdi's need no electric fuel pump, only the lift pump on the engine,
