Can someone please spoon feed how to hang a Defender door properly or point to an existing write up.

Don't you just bolt them on and fiddle with them until they sit roughly in the middle of the hole?

The only tricky bit is not dropping the captive nuts inside the bulkhead! I fitted everything and tightened the hinge bolts up with the door closed seemed to stay aligned and OK
