Lift Kit Information Required
« on: October 11, 2010, 22:27:51 »
Hi guys & gals, I am now looking to finally sort the suspension out on the disco  and I am after some website's or company names who sell the kits. Any advise  :-k on kits to go for would be appreciated.

Cheers

Terrafirma and Gwyn Lewis seem to be some of the best regarded, just avoid Britpart!

From what i have heard about Terrafirma i would avoid them to, and that was from someone who sells it.

I am looking at sorting the suspension out on my disco (back springs shot nearly on the stops and shocks gone lot of play in all the bushes)
I went Brit part last time and never again lol they lasted about 2weeks b4 they went.

I wondered about Bearmach Blue springs and Pro-Comp Gas Shock Absorbers THIS.

Was gonna keep it standard but wouldn't mind a 2" lift
Anyone no anything about it?

Cheers
Rob

im running pro comp es9000 +4 inch shocks and red and white springs with 2 inch blocks on the rear , im well pleased with the pro comp shocks very good off road and very good onroad , the only thing ive found so far was with my fathers shocks he has +2 inch shocks and at a event the shock snapped off the the ring connector on the rear , but thats the only problem we have had . and the shocks arnt very expensive  :-k

i have a set of bearmach blue springs +2 inch that i still got for sale if anyone wants them ?
