« on: November 09, 2010, 16:01:47 »
I have a 300tdi on a M plate and have been given the chance of a w/bumper off a 51 plate (Disco 2), does anyone know if this will be a straight fit or will i have to mess about with it. Cheers in advance Andy.

Not too much work if you can use a welder.  I've a high-lux winch bumper on the jeep at the moment... took under an afternoon to fit and the jeep doesn't have a chassis to work from ;)

If the shape is right, cut off the old mounts and weld new ones on where they touch.
