It is my very sad duty to inform you all that this morning Chris V8 passed away. I spoke to his wife this morning who broke the sad news and requested I pass on the news.
As many of you know he had been battling cancer for some time.
Although I have tried to contact many people today, please accept my apologies if I was unable to talk to you in person.
At this point in time, there are no arrangements for the funeral in place. I will remain in contact with his wife and pass on information as and when I get it.
Raise a glass tonight to a true Gentleman who will be sadly missed. It goes without saying our thoughts are with his wife and family at this time.
