... Was spotted just a bit too late as it was leaving the Mining Museum this morning.

Nice number plate as well (rather apt for the vehicle)

I think the may have done a 110 in one form or another, but they had bar type steps similar to the XS, where as that has Flip down steps.

I assume that it's been resprayed?

I'm not sure if 'Bonatti Grey' was on the standard paint list (bar the 'Tomb Raider' 90Station Wagon & 110Double-Cab)

However, there appears to be a plaque on the right rear panel?

Not too sure either (without visiting my archives' when rectangular fog & reverse lights changed to circular)

Vehicle Details:

Manufacturer: Land rover
Model: DEFENDER 110 COUNTY TD5
Body type: light 4x4 utility
Colour: Grey
Fuel type: Heavy oil
Date manufactured: 19 January 2001
Number of previous owners: 0
Last owner change: 19 January 2001

2001 was also when the rear lights changed from Rectangular to the round type, although I have a feeling it was the later part of 2001... the Land Rover in the pic was probably sat around a while before being registered, so may have been earlier spec.
