:roll: Its like the ads for "special yogurt", that helps with your digestive system, you know the one with long scientific words in it "bacteria". Im sorry but i used to work for a Dairy and natural yogurt helps keep you reguarlar anyway because all yogurt has freindly bacteria init not just the expensive special stuff.
But most of us fall for the hype and so on...
