Ok I have to admit that this is me being very lazy indeed... But on Boxing day I took a little trip of 400miles up into Scotland, started the trip with a wheel spat loose at one end then just once back on the wrong side of the border the whole thing came adrift so its now sat in the back of the landy... Now the question is how are these little blighters attached and is there any way of improving the mounting of them...

If they are like the fronts then 3 bolts into rivnuts or captives in the cross member.

The plastic wheel arch things? Mine are held on with Plastic rivets with rod in middle. You can get a bag of them from lrseries and the likes, 16 per arch. Shouldn't really need anything better. The holes in the arch can get torn a little from impact damage etc but as long as most rivets are present the arch will not go anywhere. Mine are not connect at the bottom inboard due to the rock sliders.

it's like the Russians have put microcat databases online so that they can be browsed....... some bits are russian but most of it can be used for quick reference... matching pictures to partnumbers.

As Saffy said........... there are a couple of nuts and bolts on the rear; i guess you could nut and bolt them all the way round but then you got to think about corrosion.

Just ordered some of the propper bits from Island... at a quarter of the price of stealer's... Local lot wanted 80p EA... GRRRR

Saffy thanks for that site... I can see it being rather useful... Now where did I leave my rusky lingo course... ;)

Sorry for some reason I thought you meant mud flaps not arch eyebrows. Sleep depravation is good like that.
