Due to our lives taking a different direction (offroading with 3 huskies is not a good idea) we are thinking of putting Rabbit up forsale to give us some extra pennies for a new dog van/camper. Rich does need to go over her and she is sorn and no mot so would need to be towed.
From Rich: Not quite official yet, but a new home is needed for Rabbit. 1.6 carb Suzuki Vitara SWB convertable. This is a mud monster so its raised, has AT2s on it (may need new fronts), Safari Snorkel, Bestop roof, Wipak floods on bullbars, CB wiring and aerial, uprated speakers, rear seats removed and bulkhead so it can be used as a pick up. Recent head gasket AND cambelt, valves were checked there and then. LOTS of engine waterproofung, freewheeling hubs. Bad: front diff is nadgered, replacement supplied but can be driven in 2wd and has passed 2 MOTs like this.Spare carrier is missing. Rust round window frame and trim missing, few minor dents. Clutch needs adjusting. Snapped handbrake cable and Softop rear zip needs some tlc.
It has taken a lot for me to agree to selling her as the number of times hes that she should go as shes not being used and ive refused!
