Tyre size
« on: January 19, 2012, 22:06:26 »
Im thinking of replacing my ageing bfg mt 235 85 16 with some nice new cooper stt's in 265 75 16? My question is will they fit ok or will i need to do some chopping? The car has a 2" lift already. Will it also affect the speedo accuracy much as the bfg's at the mo are very accurate when compared with a satnav!
79, 87 and 91 rangies! Im not greedy! and now a 1995 p38 dt!

265 75's have diameter of approx half inch less than 235 85's (make varies) so wont have any probs, as they near as same size speedo wont be much different, i find my disco reads spot on with 265's.
