For sale is my trusty 1994 UK-spec 80 series Toyota Landcruiser 12v 4.2 turbo diesel automatic. The 12v 80 series is not festooned with ECUs that don't like water or dust. It even has a mechanical fuel pump and after owning several Landrovers that let me down I finally gave in and brought a Toyota. It is true what people say in they are better made and are far more reliable. However, the kids are growing up and I now need the space so my 'round the world' overlander has to make way for an estate car. It has just been through an MOT and has enjoyed lots of TLC over the past 2.5 years of my ownership. It that has done several camping trips and took me to Le Mans last July without a hiccup. I have several spares (genuine Toyota alloys, 285 Maxxis mud tyres, alternator, water pump, wheel bearings, bushes etc) and a barely used roof tent which are available separately by negotiation.
Please note, it is a 22 year old vehicle and has a couple of the common Landcruiser issues: The leather interior is in good condition but the drivers seat has two ripped seams. The paintwork would benefit from being professionally mopped. The electric windows are slow as the window rubber seals need replacing (£80). The twin wheel carriers have not been fitted to the bumper as the bearings were lost in shipping and I've not got round to sourcing some replacements.

Good 80 series Landcruisers seem to be very difficult to price with expedition-ready vehicles priced in the stratosphere. I am going to let this find its own market value on eBay (item 302034412625).
