I have a 'P' Isuzu Duty SWB and the standard size is 245/70 16.

There looks to be enough wheel arch space to put larger ones on but I haven't had the oportunity to try anything else.

I know that I could do with an extra inch or two  clearance underneath to stop the diffs catching (and the guarding in the middle).
