The thing is, how can they "ensure the better protection and management of wildlife and habitats.
and still be "part of the drive to build thriving rural towns and villages."???  :?
Are they going to be involved with planning now as well?

Why are we screwed? Don't get it. Pretty much everything I've done has been banned in some way or another, just makes us stronger brother.......
