Ive been looking into a extended warranty on our TD5, im new to Disco's so dont really now how reliable they are, and if its really worth paying for a warranty, so what im asking is do they tend to go wrong or are they quite good and if they do go wrong is major problems common, gearbox piston etc, the RAC are doing a 5 star warranty for £299 a year but only pay's out a grand at a time seems a bit dear to me for only a grand, but you can claim as many time as you want in the year, it covers everthing including turbo aircon transfer box and electric and all the major stuff like gears and piston's etc, there are a few others ive looked at for about £700 that payout upto £5000 at a time, what ya think??
